How many days does a package remain at a PostNL location to be picked up?

When your shipment has been delivered to a PostNL location, your customer has 1 week to collect it. If the shipment is not picked up within a week, it will be returned to you.

 

Your customer receives 2x a reminder to collect the package, does your customer indicate that he has not received these reminders? Check in your back office via > “Shop settings” > “Track & Trace” whether you have the correct settings. Do you need help with this? Then please contact us .
