How far in advance do I need to schedule the Collection Service?
For the MyParcel Pick-up service (PostNL - up to 25 parcels), you can schedule or modify a pickup service for the same day until 11:45 AM.
The other pickup services (PostNL, DHL, DPD, and UPS) have different conditions. It may take 1 to 2 weeks before the first pickup occurs. For more information, please view this page or contact one of our colleagues.
