How do I create a return label for a foreign shipment?

In your shipment overview in your account, locate the outbound shipment to your customer, then you can click on the 'return' arrow under 'Action' all the way to the right. You can now enter your customer's email address and, if desired, adjust other details. Your customer will then receive an email with a link to the return label.

Without an outbound shipment, it is also possible to email a return label. This can be done from the back office. Go to your Shipment Overview and click on the 'Create Shipment Link' button at the top right. Now you can fill in all your customer's details and your customer will receive an email with a link to the return label.
