I have personalised my Track & Trace page, is a Track & Trace email still necessary?
Yes, it is necessary to activate the automatic sending of the Track & Trace email. Your customers can only visit your Track & Trace page to track their shipment using the unique Track & Trace code for their order. They should then receive the email containing the Track & Trace code for their order from you.
Not activated your Track & Trace email yet? Then log into your MyParcel account → Go to Account settings → Click on Track & Trace in the relevant webshop → Check 'Send Track & Trace mails' ‘Yes' → Click on Save. You will now automatically send a Track & Trace email to your customer when the order is shipped.Related questions
