Can I create return shipments with DPD?
Yes, you can! With DPD, you can create domestic and international return shipments within Europe. Simply create a new return shipment in your account. The rates for a return shipment are the same as the rates for a regular shipment. View this handout for an overview of all DPD rates.
Your customer can drop off the return package at one of the more than 1,500 DPD delivery locations.
Note! When a shipment is returned by your customer, a package can only have a longest side of 100 cm and a girth of 200 cm. This is because larger packages are not accepted by the DPD delivery location.
