With DHL For You and DHL Parcel Connect, it is possible to create a return shipment. Simply create a new shipment in your account and select 'returns.' The rates for a return shipment are the same as the rates for a regular shipment. Refer to our handout for a clear overview of all rates.

However, with DHL Europlus, it is not possible to create a return shipment. We recommend creating a return shipment via DHL Parcel Connect or PostNL. You can do this easily by creating a new shipment in your account and navigating to 'Returns'.
