How do I change my return address?
You can change the return address in the backoffice by clicking the ‘Account’ icon next to ‘New shipment’ > ‘Shop settings’ > select correct webshop > Return. This address will then appear in the top left-hand corner of the shipping labels that you create in the MyParcel system.
