European return shipments.
It’s understandable that some online purchases don’t live up to expectations. After all, the customer cannot try out, touch or see the products for real before making their purchase. That’s why it’s good practice to have an efficient returns service for both domestic and international shipments. In this blog, we will help you set up a fast, easy European returns service.

European return shipments.
In your MyParcel account, you can configure your European returns service for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom. In the video below, we explain how to do it.
The return label.
From your MyParcel account, you can send an email to your customer containing information and a link to download the return label. In your account, the return email is available in the following languages: German, French, English, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. You can change the text for each country. Specify in the return conditions how long the return label needs to be valid for.
The return address.
Set the desired return address so that it appears correctly on the return label. You can either enter your own address or MyParcel as the return address. That way, you will never miss a return shipment. After all, we are always here to receive return shipments.
Consumer excess.
If you want your customer to contribute to the costs of returning an order, you can specify this in the return settings. You can also provide a free return label, meaning you don’t have to make any changes to the label before sending it.
Track & Trace code.
When creating the return label, you can also create a Track & Trace code. Specify this in the return conditions. You and your customer can then stay up to date with the status of the shipment!
