Sending a large or heavy parcel with PostNL.
With MyParcel, you can send parcels larger than the standard parcel size (100x70x58cm) and/or heavier than 23kg. The ‘Larger than 100 x 70 x 58 cm or heavier than 23 kg’ shipping option is available for both larger and heavier parcels. With this shipping option, you can send a parcel with maximum dimensions of 175x78x58cm and/or a maximum weight of 30kg.

- Available for parcels you want to send within the Netherlands and within EU countries.
- Parcels larger than 175x78x58cm and/or heavier than 30kg can be sent as pallet shipments through MyParcel.

Setting up a large parcel shipment.
- Create a new parcel shipment in the back office.
- Enter the recipient’s address details.
- Under Shipping options, select Larger than 100 x 70 x 58 cm or heavier than 23 kg.
- Save the shipment, download the shipping label, print it out and stick it onto the shipment.
- Deliver your parcel to a PostNL location or have it collected by the Collection Service.
