Today’s consumers like to decide for themselves where and when they receive their parcel. With MyParcel, you can respond to this need by offering multiple delivery options at your webshop’s checkout. In so doing, you take the service provided by your webshop to a higher level and encourage conversion to your webshop.

Changing a delivery time.

The ‘Change before delivery’ option allows your customer to choose where and when they want to receive the parcel before it has been delivered. You can easily change this through the PostNL tracking site or app. This is an easy service for customers who cannot always be at home to receive their parcels. The great thing is that you don’t have to do anything else.

The delivery slot can be changed from the moment that the parcel receives its first sorting scan until 6am on the day of delivery. Your customer can choose from the following options:

  • Delivery on a different day: up to three delivery days in advance
  • Collection from the nearest PostNL location
  • Evening delivery: the next three delivery days in advance. NB: there is an extra charge for this service.
