Can I delete a pre-registered shipment?

No, it is not possible to delete a shipment that has already been pre-announced. Once a barcode is generated, no changes can be made to the shipment. However, it is possible to hide the shipment so that it is no longer visible in your shipment overview. You can do this by using the "Hide" action behind the relevant shipment.

If you have created the label incorrectly, you can choose to create a new label with the correct information and use it to send the package. The unused shipping label will not be charged.

If you have created a UPS shipment that is already pre-announced, it will be charged immediately. If you decide not to use this label, please contact us.
