A statement of receipt is a document that needs to be completed when a shipment has not been received or has been delivered incorrectly. The document can be used to indicate that the shipment has not been received or has only be received in part. The statement of receipt is often required in order to be eligible for an investigation, for shipping costs to be credited or for potential compensation. If you report to us that a shipment has not been delivered or has not been delivered correctly, we will ensure that you receive a statement of receipt to be completed by your customer.
