How is the surcharge applied?
The surcharge is applied retrospectively on the monthly invoice, based on the actual dimensions measured by PostNL. Even if dimensions were entered or were entered incorrectly beforehand, these are also calculated or corrected retrospectively. Any surcharges are shown on the invoice under Debit and Credit items.
