No time or space to take your parcels to a DPD location? For shipments to home or business addresses, the DPD Collection Service is included by default. If you send more than 300 parcels per month, DPD will provide a 1-hour time slot for picking up the parcels. If you send fewer than 300 parcels per month, the Collection Service cannot be scheduled in a time slot.

How can I have a parcel picked up by DPD?
You can easily request the DPD Collection Service through your MyParcel account. Navigate in your account to ‘Collection Service’ and select ‘New time slot for collection.’ Choose DPD and fill in the request form.
