Can I also choose delivery to a pick-up location?

Yes, you can. When creating a shipment, you can choose "Custom delivery". Then, select a PostNL, DHL, or DPD collection point where your customer wants the shipment to be delivered. After creating the shipment, the postcode and house number of your customer will be displayed in your shipment overview for the respective shipment. Below that, the address of the chosen location will be shown. If you enter the address of the collection point as the delivery address, the shipment will not be addressed to your customer but to the location. This way, your customer cannot pick up the package since they are not the addressee.

If you choose to have a package delivered directly to a PostNL collection point or a parcel locker, you will receive a discount per package shipment starting January 1, 2024. Within the Netherlands and to Germany, this discount is €0.25 per package shipment. To Belgium, it's €0.50 per package shipment, and even €1.50 per package shipment to Denmark or Sweden. A sustainable option that helps you save on your shipping costs! The same applies to other carriers, with a lower rate per package shipment sent to a collection point.
