Can I determine the text of my Track & Trace email?

Yes, you can. We have set up a standard email template for you, but you can easily customize it. Follow these steps to do so:

  1. Log in to your MyParcel account.
  2. Go to Shop Settings of the relevant shop.
  3. Click on Track & Trace.
  4. Scroll down to 'Your Track & Trace emails.'
  5. In the 'Status' column, activate the Track & Trace email for a specific type of shipment.
  6. Then click on the pencil icon to customize the text of the respective email yourself.

By using the email codes (displayed at the bottom of the page), specific order details for each customer will be automatically included in the email.
