The maximum allowed dimensions of an XL parcel are 175x78x58cm. The maximum weight is 30kg. Please remember that the maximum allowed circumference for shipments with international destinations is 300cm (Total size = length + 2x width + 2x height).
If the parcel exceeds the maximum allowed dimensions and you send it as a parcel shipment, you run the risk of having to pay a surcharge of €73,17 for parcels with destinations in the Netherlands and €100 for parcels with international destinations because PostNL will have to transfer the shipment to the freight network. If you want to send a shipment that is larger than the XL size, you can create a pallet shipment or contact us to find out the options for sending it as a general cargo shipment.
