Each carrier has a different maximum dimension for return parcels. To see the conditions that apply to your chosen carrier, we refer you to the back office > 'Financial' > 'Rates' > Use the 'Return Shipment' toggle. When you fill in the requested information, you will see what the options are for your return shipment.
